What The Name Means?
1313 comes from “tera tera”. In Punjabi, tera means thirteen. It is also the word for “yours” — and “tera tera” is what Guru Nanak is said to have repeated while weighing out goods, meaning everything belongs to the Almighty.
It is a reminder rather than a slogan: what we have came through the work, and it is held in trust rather than owned.
How The Company Started?
I started Solutions 1313 in Mohali in 2008 as a web design and development company. For the first few years it was a small team building websites for local businesses.
Then Jio arrived and internet access opened up across India. Everything changed. Businesses that had never had a website suddenly wanted one, then social media, then Google Ads. Work came in faster than we could deliver it.
So we started hiring, and that is where the problem showed up. Candidate after candidate arrived with a certificate and roughly half the knowledge they needed. They knew what a Google Ads campaign was but they had never run one. They had been taught, but they had not been trained.
We could not hire them and we could not fix them quickly enough to meet the work coming in. So we started training people ourselves, the way we needed them to work — on live client projects, inside a working company, from day one.
That is still how it runs. Around 80% of our own hiring now comes from people we trained ourselves.

Who Runs The Work?
Amrinder Singh — Founder & Managing Director
Founded the company in Mohali in 2008 and leads it today. On the training side he takes four sessions a month on what has changed across the platforms, plus the quality check on student work. He is not the day-to-day trainer.
Damanpreet Kaur — Lead Trainer
9+ years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads. She takes the free demo class and runs the regular classes day to day, and she spends her working week on client rankings rather than only on teaching.
Amardeep Singh — Director, Mobile Applications
Leads mobile app development across Android, iOS and hybrid builds. He also heads our Web3, cryptocurrency and blockchain work — token development, crypto exchanges, wallets, smart contracts and blockchain-based systems for clients in India and overseas.
That side of the business is not a recent addition.
